Nitroglycerin

Mechanism of action:
Nitroglycerin 是一種硝酸酯類血管擴張劑（nitrate ester vasodilator）。Nitroglycerin 進入體內後，在血管平滑肌細胞中經由酵素代謝，會釋放一氧化氮與其相關物質。一氧化氮擴散於細胞質後，活化鳥苷酸環化酶（guanylate cyclase），增加 cGMP 濃度，使細胞質的鈣離子濃度下降，導致血管平滑肌鬆弛。
