Nizatidine
尼扎替丁
Mechanism of action:
Nizatidine 是一種組織胺 H₂ 受體拮抗劑（histamine H₂-receptor antagonist）。正常情況下，組織胺與 H₂ 受體結合後，會活化腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase），使 cAMP 上升，進而刺激氫鉀幫浦（H⁺/K⁺-ATPase）分泌胃酸。Nizatidine 透過競爭性拮抗 H₂ 受體，抑制上述的機制。
