Nortriptyline

去甲替林

Mechanism of action:

Nortriptyline 是一種三環抗憂鬱劑（tricyclic antidepressant）。Nortriptyline 能抑制正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter）（主要）和血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter）（次要），使正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）和血清素（5-HT）無法回收，導致在突觸間隙的濃度上升，強化這些神經傳導物質的作用。
