Ofloxacin

氧氟沙星

Mechanism of action:

Ofloxacin 是一種氟喹諾酮類抗生素（fluoroquinolone antibiotic）。Ofloxacin 能抑制細菌的 DNA 旋轉酶（DNA gyrase，細菌的拓撲異構酶 II，topoisomerase II）和 DNA 拓樸異構酶IV（topoisomerase IV）的活性，干擾 DNA 複製、轉錄、修復、分離等，導致細菌死亡。
