氧氟沙星
Mechanism of action:
Ofloxacin 是一種氟喹諾酮類抗生素(fluoroquinolone antibiotic)。Ofloxacin 能抑制細菌的 DNA 旋轉酶(DNA gyrase,細菌的拓撲異構酶 II,topoisomerase II)和 DNA 拓樸異構酶IV(topoisomerase IV)的活性,干擾 DNA 複製、轉錄、修復、分離等,導致細菌死亡。
