Olopatadine

奧洛他定

Mechanism of action:

Olopatadine 是一種第二代 H₁ 組織胺受體拮抗劑（second-generation H₁ antihistamine）。Olopatadine 競爭性拮抗 H₁ 受體，阻斷組織胺引起的血管擴張、血管通透性增加、感覺神經刺激；也能抑制肥大細胞（mast cell）的去顆粒作用（degranulation），減少組織胺（histamine）、白三烯（leukotriene）、血小板活化因子（PAF）等的釋放。
