Omeprazole
奧美拉唑
Mechanism of action:
Omeprazole 是一種質子幫浦抑制劑（proton pump inhibitor），是 R+S 外消旋（racemate）混合物。Omeprazole 在胃中被活化為帶有次磺醯胺（sulfenamide）的形式，之後與胃壁細胞中的氫鉀幫浦（H⁺/K⁺-ATPase）形成共價鍵，不可逆地抑制氫鉀幫浦活性，阻斷氫離子分泌至胃腔中。
