Oseltamivir

奧司他韋

Mechanism of action:

Oseltamivir 是一種神經胺酸酶抑制劑（neuraminidase inhibitor）。Oseltamivir 為前驅藥，在肝臟被酯酶轉化為活性代謝物 oseltamivir carboxylate 後，能抑制流感病毒（influenza virus）表面的神經胺酸酶（neuraminidase，NA），使病毒顆粒無法從已感染的細胞釋放出去。
