Oxybutynin

奧昔布寧

Mechanism of action:

Oxybutynin 是一種毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體抑制劑(muscarinic acetylcholine receptor inhibitor),主要拮抗 M₃ 受體,M₁、M₂ 為次要。正常情況下,M₃ 受體若被活化,會藉由 Gq 蛋白使 IP₃/Ca²⁺ 上升,促進膀胱收縮。Oxybutynin 抑制 M₃ 受體後,能讓逼尿肌放鬆。
