Oxymetazoline

羥甲唑啉

Mechanism of action:

Oxymetazoline 是一種咪唑啉類（imidazoline）衍生物。Oxymetazoline 能活化鼻黏膜與結膜的血管平滑肌的 α₁-腎上腺素受體（α₁ adrenoreceptor），經由 Gq 蛋白提升 IP₃/DAG 濃度，引發鈣離子進入細胞質與活化蛋白激酶 C（protein kinase C），使血管平滑肌收縮。
