Pancrelipase amylase

胰液分解酶-澱粉酶

Mechanism of action:

Pancreatic amylase 能專一水解澱粉、肝醣的 α-1,4 醣苷鍵(α-1,4 glycosidic bond),產生麥芽糖(maltose)、麥芽三糖(maltotriose)、α-極限糊精(α-limit dextrin)等,再由麥芽糖酶(maltase)、異麥芽糖酶(isomaltase)、蔗糖酶(sucrase)等轉為葡萄糖(glucose),才能被小腸上皮吸收。
