Panitumumab

帕尼單抗

Mechanism of action:

Panitumumab 是一種抗 EGFR 的 IgG2 抗體（anti-EGFR IgG2 monoclonal antibody）。Panitumumab 會高親和力結合表皮生長因子受體（epidermal growth factor receptor）的細胞外配體結合區，阻止配體如 EGF、TGF-α 與該受體結合，使受體無法活化，進而抑制下游的 RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK、PI3K-AKT-mTOR、JAK-STAT 訊息傳遞路徑，導致細胞增殖受阻、存活能力下降。
