Pantoprazole
泮托拉唑
Mechanism of action:
Pantoprazole 是一種質子幫浦抑制劑（proton pump inhibitor），屬於苯並咪唑類（benzimidazole）衍生物。Pantoprazole 為前驅藥，在胃壁細胞的酸性分泌小管內被轉化為有活性的次磺醯胺（sulfenamide）形式。次磺醯胺會與氫鉀幫浦（H⁺/K⁺-ATPase）形成共價鍵，不可逆地抑制質子排出，阻斷胃酸分泌。
