Paritaprevir

帕利他韋

Mechanism of action:

Paritaprevir 是一種 C 型肝炎病毒 NS3/4A 蛋白酶抑制劑（HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor）。C 型肝炎病毒的多蛋白前體（polyprotein）需要 NS3/4A 蛋白酶切割成多個功能性蛋白，如 NS3、NS4A、NS4B、NS5A、NS5B 等。Paritaprevir 會高親和力結合 NS3/4A 蛋白酶的活性位點，抑制其蛋白水解活性，使病毒無法產生成熟、可運作的蛋白幫助病毒 RNA 複製與組裝。
