Pazopanib

帕唑帕尼

Mechanism of action:

Pazopanib 是一種多靶點受體酪胺酸激酶抑制劑（multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor）。Pazopanib 會與 VEGFR-1/2/3、PDGFR-α /β 等受體的酪胺酸激酶 ATP 結合位點結合，阻斷受體自我磷酸化（autophosphorylation）與下游訊號傳遞，包括 PI3K-AKT-mTOR、RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK 等，進而抑制腫瘤新生血管形成、腫瘤生長等。
