Mechanism of action:
Pegfilgrastim 是一種人造的顆粒性白血球生長激素（granulocyte colony-stimulating factor，G-CSF）。Pegfilgrastim 會與嗜中性白血球（neutrophil）的顆粒性白血球生長激素受體（G-CSF receptor）結合，活化 JAK-STAT、PI3K-AKT、MAPK/ERK 等路徑，使嗜中性白血球生成速率與數量顯著增 加。
