Penciclovir

噴昔洛韋

Mechanism of action:

Penciclovir 是一種核苷（nucleoside）類似物。Penciclovir 在細胞內會轉為有活性的 penciclovir triphosphate，能與 dGTP 競爭，選擇性抑制病毒 DNA 聚合酶，使病毒複製無法有效進行。
