Mechanism of action:
Perindopril 是一種血管張力素轉化酶抑制劑（angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor），屬於二肽類（dipeptide）前驅藥。Perindopril 在體內被轉化為具有活性的 perindoprilat。Perindoprilat 能抑制血管張力素轉化酶（angiotensin-converting enzyme）將血管張力素 I（angiotensin I）轉化為血管張力素 II（angiotensin II），使週邊血管阻力下降、血壓降低。
