Perphenazine
羥哌氧丙嗪
Mechanism of action:
Perphenazine 是一種啡噻𠯤類（phenothiazine）衍生物。Perphenazine 能拮抗中腦邊緣通路（mesolimbic pathway）的 D₂ 受體，減少多巴胺過度活化，從而減少幻覺、妄想、思考混亂；抑制中腦皮質通路（mesocortical pathway）的 D₂ 受體，可能使部分認知與情感/動機相關功能受到影響。
