Phencyclidine

苯環利定

Mechanism of action:

Phencyclidine 是一種芳基環己胺類（arylcyclohexylamine）衍生物。Phencyclidine 能非競爭性拮抗 NMDA 受體。Phencyclidine 進入 NMDA 受體的離子通道內部，阻止鈣離子與鈉離子內流，使興奮性神經傳導中斷。阻斷後，大腦不同區域間的訊息整合失調，產生典型的解離狀態（dissociation）。
