苯乙肼
Mechanism of action:
Phenelzine 是一種不可逆型單胺氧化酶抑制劑(irreversible monoamine oxidase inhibitor)。單胺氧化酶(monoamine oxidase,MAO)可分為 MAO-A 和 MAO-B,MAO-A 主要分解血清素(5-HT)、正腎上腺素(norepinephrine)與多巴胺(dopamine);MAO-B 則主要分解多巴胺。Phenelzine 與單胺氧化酶共價結合,使酵素失去活性,減少神經傳導物質在突觸前的分解,使其在中樞神經系統中的濃度上升,調節與情緒相關的中樞神經傳導功能。
