Phenindamine
苯茚胺
Mechanism of action:
Phenindamine 是一種第一代 H₁ 抗組織胺（first-generation H₁ antihistamine），屬於乙二胺類（ethylenediamine）衍生物。Phenindamine 會與 H₁ 受體（histamine H₁ receptor）結合，阻止組織胺（histamine）作用於 H₁ 受體，減少由組織胺引起的血管擴張、微血管滲漏、鼻黏膜水腫等反應與癢感。
