Phenoxybenzamine

酚苄明

Mechanism of action:

Phenoxybenzamine 是一種不可逆型 α-腎上腺素受體阻斷劑（irreversible α -adrenergic blocker）。Phenoxybenzamine 能阻斷血管平滑肌上的 α₁ 受體，造成週邊血管擴張，減少血壓；也能阻斷神經元的 α₂ 受體，促進正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）釋放，可能引發反射性心搏加快（reflex tachycardia）。
