Physostigmine

毒扁豆鹼
Mechanism of action:
Physostigmine 是一種膽鹼酯酶抑制劑(cholinesterase inhibitor),屬於胺基甲酸酯類(carbamate)衍生物。Physostigmine 能和乙醯膽鹼酯酶(acetylcholinesterase)可逆性結合,暫時使酵素失去活性,減少乙醯膽鹼(acetylcholine)的水解,提升乙醯膽鹼在突觸間隙的濃度,這能增強各種類型的乙醯膽鹼受體(acetylcholine receptor)的作用。
