Pindolol

吲哚洛爾

Mechanism of action:

Pindolol 是一種非選擇性 β-腎上腺素受體阻斷劑（non-selective β-adrenergic blocker）。Pindolol 能阻斷心肌細胞的 β₁ 受體，抑制 Gs 蛋白的活化，使 cAMP 下降，細胞質的鈣離子減少，降低心肌收縮力，使血壓下降。Pindolol 也能阻斷支氣管與週邊血管平滑肌的 β₂ 受體，同樣抑制 Gs 蛋白的活化，使 cAMP 下降，削弱平滑肌的鬆弛作用，可能導致支氣管收縮及週邊血管阻力上升。
