Primaquine

普來馬奎寧

Mechanism of action:

Primaquine 是一種 8-胺基喹啉類（8-aminoquinoline）衍生物。Primaquine 進入寄生蟲後，會被轉化為具反應性的氧化性中間產物（reactive metabolites），產生活性氧類（reactive oxygen species，ROS）。這些活性氧類會破壞粒線體功能，干擾電子傳遞鏈，也會造成膜脂質、蛋白質與 DNA 的氧化傷害。
