Procaine

普魯卡因

Mechanism of action:

Procaine 在細胞內會轉為帶正電形式，與電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated Na⁺ channel）的孔內結合，抑制鈉離子內流，使動作電位的第 0 期去極化（depolarization）無法正常進行，神經衝動無法產生或向前傳導。
