丙氯拉嗪

Mechanism of action:

Prochlorperazine 是一種啡噻𠯤類（phenothiazine）衍生物。Prochlorperazine 主要拮抗延腦化學受體觸發區（chemoreceptor trigger zone，CTZ）的 D₂ 受體，抑制嘔吐反射的啟動。
