Propafenone
普羅帕酮
Mechanism of action:
Propafenone 是一種 class IC 鈉離子通道阻斷劑（class IC sodium channel blocker）。Propafenone 會與心肌細胞膜上的電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated Na⁺ channel）結合，顯著降低第 0 期（phase 0）去極化速率，使心肌傳導速度明顯變慢，而對動作電位時程的影響相對較小。
