Propantheline

丙胺太林

Mechanism of action:

Propantheline 是一種蕈毒鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist）。Propantheline 會結合於週邊組織的 M₁、M₂、M₃ 的蕈毒鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體，以競爭性阻斷副交感神經末梢釋放的乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine），抑制其在週邊組織的作用。在胃與腸道中，蕈毒鹼型受體受到阻斷後，平滑肌張力下降，導致腸蠕動減少。
