丙泊酚
Mechanism of action:
Propofol 是一種烷基酚類(alkylphenol)衍生物。Propofol 會結合於 GABA_A 受體上的 β 亞基跨膜區與 α 亞基形成的疏水性孔洞,增強 GABA 對該受體的作用,使氯離子通道開啟時間延長,導致神經元膜超極化(hyperpolarization),顯著抑制神經元放電。
