Protriptyline

普羅替林

Mechanism of action:

Protriptyline 是一種三環抗憂鬱劑（tricyclic antidepressant，TCA）。Protriptyline 主要抑制 正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter），使突觸間隙中的正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）濃度上升，增強中樞神經系統的正腎上腺素作用。Protriptyline 對血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter）的抑制較弱。
