Pyrazinamide

吡嗪醯胺
Mechanism of action:
Pyrazinamide 是一種吡𠯤甲醯胺類(pyrazinecarboxamide)衍生物。Pyrazinamide 進入結核分枝桿菌後,被細菌特有的吡𠯤醯胺酶/菸鹼醯胺酶(pyrazinamidase/nicotinamidase)水解為 pyrazinoic acid。Pyrazinoic acid 在細菌內累積會干擾膜電位(membrane potential),抑制能量生成與質子動力(proton motive force),使細菌在低代謝狀態下仍無法存活。
