Quinidine

奎尼丁

Mechanism of action:

Quinidine 是奎寧（quinine）的差向異構物（epimer）。Quinidine 能阻斷快速電壓門控鈉離子通道（fast voltage-gated sodium channel），抑制心肌細胞第 0 期去極化速率，使傳導速度下降，特別影響心房、心室與浦金耶纖維（Purkinje fiber）。Quinidine 會同時抑制鉀離子通道（potassium channel），減少鉀離子外流，導致動作電位持續時間延長、有效不反應期延長。
