Ramipril

雷米普利

Mechanism of action:

Ramipril 是一種血管張力素轉化酶抑制劑(angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor)。Ramipril 在體內經肝臟水解後會轉化為其活性形式 ramiprilat,會抑制血管張力素 I 轉化酶(angiotensin-converting enzyme)的功能。血管張力素 I 轉化酶負責將血管張力素 I(angiotensin I)轉化為血管張力素 II(angiotensin II),促進血管收縮提升血壓。當 ramiprilat 抑制血管張力素 I 轉化酶後,血管張力素 II 的量減少,使血管收縮訊號下降並降低血流動力學負荷。
