Ramucirumab

雷莫蘆單抗

Mechanism of action:

Ramucirumab 是一種人源化 IgG1 抗 VEGFR-2 單株抗體（humanized anti-VEGFR-2 IgG1 monoclonal antibody）。Ramucirumab 直接與血管內皮細胞表面的血管內皮生長因子 2（vascular endothelial growth factor-2，VEGFR-2）結合，阻止其與配體 VEGF-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D 結合。被阻斷後，VEGFR-2 的下游訊息路徑，包含 PI3K/AKT、MAPK/ERK、FAK/Src 等無法被活化，而抑制腫瘤血管新生。
