Rasburicase

拉布立酶

Mechanism of action:

Rasburicase 是一種重組的尿酸氧化酶（recombinant urate oxidase）。Rasburicase 能將尿酸（uric acid）轉換成尿囊素（allantoin），其具高度水溶性，可經腎臟迅速排出。
