Reboxetine

瑞波西汀

Mechanism of action:

Reboxetine 是一種選擇性正腎上腺素再回收抑制劑（selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor）。Reboxetine 會與突觸前神經元膜上的正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter）結合，阻斷正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）由突觸間隙回收進入神經末梢。這能讓突觸間隙的正腎上腺素濃度上升，增強正腎上腺素的作用。
