Ribavirin

利巴韋林

Mechanism of action:

Ribavirin 是一種鳥苷（guanosine）類似物。Ribavirin 單磷酸型可抑制肌苷-5’-單磷酸脫氫酶（inosine-5’-monophosphate dehydrogenase）的酵素活性，使細胞內 GTP 濃度下降，進而限制 RNA 病毒進行 RNA 合成所需的原料。Ribavirin 三磷酸型可被病毒的 RNA 聚合酶誤認，並納入病毒 RNA，導致錯誤配對、突變率上升等問題。
