Rifaximin

Mechanism of action:

Rifaximin 屬於立放黴素類抗生素（rifamycin antibiotic）。Rifaximin 能與細菌的 RNA 聚合酶的 β 亞基高親和力結合，阻止 RNA 的延長啟動，使 mRNA 無法生成，進而抑制所有蛋白質合成。
