Rimegepant

立馬拒偏

Mechanism of action:

Rimegepant 是一種降鈣素基因相關胜肽受體拮抗劑（calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor antagonist）。降鈣素基因相關胜肽受體（calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor）是由降鈣素受體樣受體（calcitonin receptor-like receptor）加上受體活性調節蛋白 1（receptor-activity-modifying protein 1）所組成的複合受體。當 rimegepant 與此受體結合後，會阻止降鈣素基因相關胜肽（calcitonin gene-related peptide）引起的顱內血管擴張、神經性發炎、痛覺訊號放大等。
