Rivastigmine

利凡斯的明

Mechanism of action:

Rivastigmine 是一種膽鹼酯酶抑制劑（cholinesterase inhibitor）。Rivastigmine 可抑制突觸間隙中的乙醯膽鹼酯酶（acetylcholinesterase），減少乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）的水解，增加神經元突觸間隙的乙醯膽鹼濃度，增強乙醯膽鹼的作用。Rivastigmine 同時會抑制丁醯膽鹼酯酶（butyrylcholinesterase），因為丁醯膽鹼酯酶在阿茲海默症後期活性相對上升。
