Rizatriptan

Mechanism of action:
Rizatriptan 是一種翠普登類（triptan）衍生物。偏頭痛發作時，顱內血管異常擴張。Rizatriptan 能活化顱內血管平滑肌上的 5-HT₁B 受體（Gi/o 蛋白偶聯受體），促使血管收縮（vasoconstriction），減少血管擴張所引發的搏動性疼痛。Rizatriptan 也能活化三叉神經末梢的 5-HT₁D 受體（Gi/o 蛋白偶聯受體），抑制三叉神經末梢釋放發炎性神經胜肽。
