Saquinavir

沙奎那韋

Mechanism of action:

Saquinavir 是一種 HIV 蛋白酶抑制劑（HIV protease inhibitor）。HIV 病毒的蛋白酶負責將病毒前驅多蛋白 Gag 與 Gag-Pol 切割為功能性結構蛋白與酵素。Saquinavir 會與蛋白酶的活性位點高親和力結合，競爭性抑制其酵素活性，使形成的病毒顆粒為未成熟且不具感染能力。
