東莨菪鹼
Mechanism of action:
Scopolamine 是一種毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑(muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist),屬於莨菪烷類生物鹼(tropane alkaloid)衍生物。Scopolamine 可與 M₁-M₅ 的毒蕈鹼型受體結合,尤其對中樞神經系統中的 M₁ 受體影響顯著,因此抑制乙醯膽鹼(acetylcholine)的作用,降低前庭刺激傳入嘔吐中樞的強度。
