Secobarbital

西可巴比妥

Mechanism of action:

Secobarbital 是一種巴比妥類（barbiturate）衍生物。Secobarbital 能與 GABA_A 受體複合體的巴比妥類結合位點結合，延長氯離子通道的開放時間，增加 Cl⁻ 內流，使神經元超極化（hyperpolarization），顯著抑制神經元放電。
