Sertraline

舍曲林

Mechanism of action:

Sertraline 是一種選擇性血清素再回收抑制劑（selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor），屬於苯胺類（phenylamine）衍生物。Sertraline 會高親和力結合於突觸前神經元膜上的血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter），阻止血清素（5-HT）從突觸間隙被回收進神經元內，使突觸間隙中的血清素濃度上升，增強血清素的作用。
