Sodium fluoride

氟化鈉

Mechanism of action:

Sodium fluoride 在口腔中會釋放氟離子(F⁻),氟離子可與牙齒琺瑯質中的羥磷灰石(hydroxyapatite)反應,形成氟磷灰石(fluorapatite)。氟磷灰石溶解度較低,對酸的抵抗力明顯高於羥磷灰石,使牙齒對細菌產酸的侵蝕更具耐受性。此外,氟離子可進入口腔細菌(如轉糖鏈球菌,Streptococcus mutans)細胞內,在酸性環境下形成氫氟酸,進而抑制細菌的烯醇化酶(enolase),干擾糖解作用(glycolysis),降低乳酸生成,減少牙菌斑產酸能力,降低蛀牙風險。
