Solifenacin

索利那新

Mechanism of action:

Solifenacin 是一種選擇性 M₃ 毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（M₃ muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist）。Solifenacin 會阻斷膀胱平滑肌上的 M₃ 受體，使乙醯膽鹼（acetylcholine）無法與該受體作用，降低膀胱不自主收縮。
