Spectinomycin
奇黴素
Mechanism of action:
Spectinomycin 是一種氨基環醇類抗生素（aminocyclitol antibiotic）。Spectinomycin 會專一性結合於細菌 30S 核糖體亞基上的 16S rRNA 區域，阻斷核糖體在 mRNA 上的轉位（A 位點到 P 位點的移動），使肽鏈延長過程中斷，導致細菌無法合成蛋白質。
