鏈黴素
Mechanism of action:
Streptomycin 是一種胺基醣苷類抗生素（aminoglycoside antibiotic）。Streptomycin 會結合於細菌 30S 核糖體亞基的 16S rRNA 與 S12 蛋白，干擾轉譯起始複合體的正常形成；也會導致核糖體錯誤解讀 mRNA 密碼子，使錯誤胺基酸被摻入蛋白質中，產生結構異常、功能失常的蛋白質。
